Slow Food International and Terra Madre in Torino, Italy. Terra Madre is the longest sustainable food conference in the world. Terry Oxford of UrbanBeeSF has spoken twice at the conference and ties together the fact that nature, and bees, need seasonal, local and organic food too! Nothing, and no one can survive the agrochemicals awash in our food. If one in three bites of our food are pollinated, and bees are dying from their food, that means we are eating those same chemicals in one in three bites.

Fresh Run Farm Partner - UrbanBeeSF has jointed with Peter Martinelli, Mike and Lindsay Tusk and Fresh Run Farm in Bolinas, California.  Terry's all natural and chemical treatment-free bees pair nicely with ages old farming practices of this completely organic and often bio-dynamic farm. The bees pollinate fruit trees and various crops which are delivered to Quince and Cotogna Restaurants. It's lovely to see infestations of beneficial insects every day!
